Tribes World is one of the significant office space, workplace, and coworking space providers in Netherlands, Germany, and Brussels. Their ultimate goal is to increase the number of booked tours in their office buildings.
The challenge
Tribes World had low numbers of booked tours and negative ROI working with the previous two vendors. They need to grow faster and attract more people looking for coworking and office space.

Restructuring paid campaigns to increase demos
First, we needed to completely rebuild the search campaign account, segmenting keywords, match types into detailed ad groups. Next, we focused on exact locations, localizing all the ad copy and search terms. Over the period of three months, we started to see a significant increase in demo bookings.
Strong ad copywriting that beated high competition
We faced a big challenge in our PPC game – very strong competition with big wallets. What’s next? We decided to focus on the value that competitors don’t have and level up our copywriting – making ads super attractive and engaging. As a result, we see a big increase in CTR, lowering our costs per click and ultimately costs per conversion.
Creating more awareness to increase branded search
We decided to use laser targeted display ads who expressed interest in competitor brand names and office space keywords – so we implemented custom intent audiences. As a result, we doubled a number of users visiting the website. Over a few months, we started to see an increased search for Tribes brand and we already know that branded conversions convert the best. As a result, demo bookings increased by 191%.
